BIM Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled BIM Specialist to join our team at MMR Group, Inc. The ideal candidate will have experience working with MEP Revit and a strong understanding of electrical construction and building information modeling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and coordinate electrical construction models using MEP Revit.
• Assist with system design and model all content.
• Prepare sketches and drawings to show location of wiring and equipment.
• Apply knowledge of National Electrical Codes.
• Read and comprehend contract documents and execute 3D modeling.
• Work closely with project management team to resolve issues.
• Coordinate draft construction drawings with other trades.
• Perform site surveys and field measurement work as needed.
• Review submittal documents for accuracy.
• Maintain logs for RFIs, transmittals, and drawings.

Requirements:

• High School diploma or GED equivalency; Associates Degree or higher preferred.
• Experience working as a BIM Coordinator, Detailer, or Modeler.
• Proficient in MEP Revit and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong computer skills and aptitude for learning.
• Detail oriented and able to recognize errors quickly.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to juggle multiple high-priority tasks.
