Position: Project Management Specialist II

Location: Remote

Contract Duration: 12 months (Potential for extension)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the execution of all phases of the Customer integration initiative.
  • Champion best practices for customer satisfaction and ensure their integration into project solutions.
  • Collaborate with project leadership to guarantee effective project execution, emphasizing customer satisfaction.
  • Collect and prioritize project requirements from Customer Care Operations stakeholders, aligning them with project timelines, and collaborate with leadership to transform these requirements into actionable business solutions.
  • Maintain regular communication with other project teams to ensure comprehensive visibility on concurrent project activities.
  • Safeguard customer experience throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Identify strategies to reduce customer disruption during the integration process.

Qualifications:

  • A relevant degree and a minimum of 4 years of experience in a related field. A combination of formal education and practical experience will also be considered.
  • Proficient in supporting customer-oriented business operations.
  • Familiarity with the business dimensions of software development projects in the utility sector.
  • Demonstrated ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technical requirements.
  • Experience in change management and adherence to governance protocols.
  • Innovative mindset with a focus on results, teamwork, and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Understanding of issue analysis, business case evaluations, and cost-benefit assessments.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, including Visio, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Project management expertise.
  • Experience in Customer Care within the utility industry is advantageous.
  • Experience collaborating with technology teams on utility sector projects.
  • Willingness to travel as needed (up to 25%).
