The Project Management Coordinator will provide vital support for executive leaders and their respective teams. This role acts as an extension of the executive leaders, facilitating the coordination of significant Cell Therapy Operations led by the Strategy and Business Operations Team.

The Project Management Coordinator is expected to perform duties with a high level of independence, exercising expert judgment to address matters on behalf of the executive leaders and their teams, minimizing errors.

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the project coordinator for critical projects within Cell Therapy Operations.

Specific Duties Include:

- Managing logistics related to project timelines, tracking progress, and maintaining project documentation.
- Assisting in the development of meeting materials and PowerPoint presentations.
- Collecting and organizing project-related data to facilitate analysis by the project team.
- Identifying reporting needs and generating project-related metrics and trend reports periodically to support the team.
- Proactively monitoring project timelines to assist in coordinating activities that help the project team achieve key milestones.
- Maintaining and reconciling project budgets and expenses.
- Handling correspondence, managing calendars, scheduling meetings and events, and maintaining accurate departmental records.
- Anticipating conflicts, problems, and issues, and taking appropriate steps to achieve desired outcomes.
- Responsible for departmental status reporting and updating various tracking documents.
- Prioritizing activities and taking prompt action based on departmental objectives and business needs.
- Ensuring the manager is prepared for meetings by assembling necessary materials and pre-reads.
- Timely completion of support requests (e.g., IT issues, systems, facilities, etc.).
- Conducting independent research on complex inquiries and responding or escalating as necessary, recommending solutions as appropriate.
- Maintaining professional and technical knowledge by staying current with continuous learning modules.
