Job Title: Desktop Support Manager

Community Health Center is seeking a highly skilled Desktop Support Manager to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for managing the desktop support needs of our organization, ensuring that our staff have the necessary tools and resources to perform their jobs efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and train Desktop Support staff to provide efficient and timely support to users.
  • Manage the desktop support team to ensure coverage during normal business hours and on-call support as required.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve the overall customer support of the Desktop Support team.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective Desktop Support representation and coordination of work processes and projects.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and best practices in desktop support.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Five years or more experience managing a support desk team.
  • A+ Certification preferred.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to analyze and assess problems and develop solutions.
