We're seeking a dedicated Territory Sales Lead who will champion sales and nurture client relationships. As a key figure at the store level, you'll contribute to the success of our Walmart Wireless Locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Sales: Surpass personal and location sales goals while creating exceptional customer experiences.
- Time Management: Optimize your time across multiple locations to maximize profitability.
- Sales KPIs: Master our sales process and achieve sales targets.
- Team Spirit: Embrace a collaborative approach and a passion for sales.
- People Focused: Connect with customers and team members.
- Stay Current: Stay up-to-date with product knowledge to recommend effective solutions.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- 2-3 years of retail or outside sales experience.
- A proven track record of sales, excellent customer service, and personal accountability.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Availability to work evenings and weekends.
- A personal vehicle and ability to travel to store locations during operational hours.
