Become part of our Process Automation sector through the IMI Graduate Programme in the USA and acquire exceptional production engineering experience. In this role, you will engage in developing and executing process enhancement initiatives that support Operations' multi-functional teams. This position serves as an excellent launchpad into a career in production engineering or operations leadership, providing valuable experience with Lean tools, Six Sigma, and industry-leading manufacturing practices. You will facilitate and support cultural and process transformation efforts within the Operations group, contributing to the achievement of organizational objectives. Your technical skills will be utilized to monitor and enhance productivity, ensuring all customer commitments are fulfilled in a timely, quality, and cost-effective manner.

By the conclusion of the programme, you will possess additional skills essential for advancing your journey in the remarkable field of Production Engineering. Over two years, you will engage in various tasks, including:
  • Supporting process improvement initiatives aligned with environmental, health, and safety objectives to meet plant goals.
  • Applying technical skills to implement actions that enhance products and processes, improving quality, customer responsiveness, or operational efficiencies.
  • Acting as a liaison between functional areas on projects with multi-organizational or business unit scope.
  • Assisting in identifying and eliminating obstacles to successful project completion.
  • Providing management with updates on project status and feedback.
What You Need

Our programme offers the chance to work across multiple locations, which may require relocation based on business needs.

A bachelor's or master's degree (or equivalent) in a business discipline (e.g., Business Administration, Operations, MBA) or in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Process Engineering) is required. We also seek candidates who exhibit key qualities, including:
