**About the Role**

PC Construction Company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to lead exciting water and wastewater treatment projects throughout the Northeast regions. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing complex projects, building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • **Project Management:** Manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring all contractual requirements are met and the work conforms to the plans and specifications.
  • **Budgeting and Cost Management:** Manage project budgets and cash flow, ensuring accurate forecasting and financial reporting.
  • **Client Relationship Management:** Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, construction managers, and other project partners.
  • **Project Scheduling:** Ensure the project schedule accurately depicts the construction plan and project progress.
  • **Communication and Information Sharing:** Foster an environment of open communication and information sharing among project team members.
  • **Staffing and Resource Planning:** Manage the project's staffing plan and forecast personnel needs at all phases of construction.
  • **Procurement:** Carry out procurement activities to ensure scope, pricing, and schedule meet all project needs.
  • **Quality Control:** Develop and execute a quality control plan to ensure the highest quality standards are met.
  • **Safety and Risk Management:** Promote and encourage safe work behaviors and ensure the site-specific safety plan addresses the unique project safety needs.
  • **Lean Practices:** Embrace Lean practices and participate in work plan activities to improve project efficiency and effectiveness.
  • **Team Development:** Mentor, coach, and develop all project team members to ensure their growth and success.
