Job Title: Commercial Construction Superintendent

Established General Contractor is seeking a seasoned Commercial Construction Superintendent to lead our team in the Northshore/Southern NH area. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of commercial construction projects, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate construction activities with tenants, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
  • Supervise construction site activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
  • Complete weekly reports, including daily logs, photos, and safety checklists
  • Attend weekly job meetings with the team and clients
  • Maintain strict quality controls and perform regular quality inspections
  • Ensure timely project completion and schedule management
  • Monitor project compliance with contract documents and safety regulations
  • Manage project closeouts, including punch lists and final documentation
  • Schedule and coordinate inspections, permits, sign-offs, and requests with local authorities
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Superintendent in Commercial and/or Retail Construction
  • Microsoft Suite, Project, Word, and Excel proficiency
  • Massachusetts Construction Supervisor's License (CSL preferred)
  • OSHA 10 certified (MUST have)
  • OSHA 30 certified (preferred)
  • Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent work experience, in Construction Supervision, Management, Architecture, engineering, or a related discipline
