About the Role:
- We are seeking a motivated and goal-oriented individual to join our team as a Chiropractic Business Development Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting chiropractic care and wellness services to patients.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients and members, ensuring they have a positive experience at our clinic.
- Cultivate relationships with patients and members, encouraging them to pursue chiropractic care and wellness services.
- Stay up-to-date on membership options, packages, and promotions to effectively communicate with patients and members.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to The Joint Chiropractic's high standards of quality and professionalism.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent required. A background in marketing or sales is preferred but not necessary.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and members.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
