Position Summary: The Head of Strategic Partnerships collaborates closely with the Regional Vice President to drive opportunity outreach and sales initiatives within the region. This role involves identifying, evaluating, developing, and managing potential clients, guiding them through the sales process to successful closure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new leads to enhance the sales pipeline.
  • Conduct deal underwriting and prepare proposals.
  • Create compelling sales presentations and close deals.
  • Assist in the transition of newly acquired locations.
  • Analyze business opportunities and competitor operations for revenue enhancement and cost reduction.
  • Maintain and optimize the Salesforce pipeline for the region.
  • Build a robust pipeline by exploring new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with regional resources to ensure timely proposal submissions.
  • Support the operations team during the onboarding of new locations.
  • Network and cultivate client relationships to uncover new opportunities.
  • Maintain existing client relationships to ensure high retention rates.
  • Negotiate agreements, amendments, and renewals.
  • Work closely with the RVP, GMs, and DOOs to deliver solutions that meet client needs.
  • Perform additional related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 2 years in a similar role, or 6+ years of relevant experience without a degree.
  • Proven experience in structuring and consulting on client projects.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Office 365; knowledge of Salesforce is preferred.

  • Ability to develop effective sales strategies and conduct value analysis.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent networking abilities to foster client relationships.
  • Proven problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Ability to interpret policies and demonstrate a sense of urgency.

Physical Requirements: Ability to lift, push, and pull at least 10 pounds, and stand or walk for extended periods.
