Job Overview

New Hampton Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is dedicated to providing exceptional care in an Independent and Assisted Living environment. We are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Medication Administration Coordinator.

Position Summary

As a Medication Administration Coordinator, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents. Our facility accommodates a variety of needs, and we pride ourselves on our friendly and supportive atmosphere. Candidates must be at least 18 years old, and we offer comprehensive training, including coverage for an online Medication Administration course.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Assist residents with daily living activities as outlined in their personalized service plans.
  2. Perform light housekeeping duties and manage laundry tasks.
  3. Administer medications to residents in accordance with established protocols.
  4. Prepare dining areas for meals, serve food, and ensure cleanliness post-meal.

This position offers flexible scheduling options, with both full-time and part-time opportunities available. Weekend and holiday shifts are part of the role.
