We are seeking a highly skilled Office Administrator II to join our team at Wayne State University's School of Medicine. This is a full-time, regular employee position that requires strong organizational and analytical skills.

In this role, you will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks, including maintaining records, preparing reports, and coordinating special projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate special projects and events.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need a graduation from an accredited college or university supplemented by coursework in business administration, accounting or related field, and/or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.

A strong ability to analyze data and problem-solve is required, as well as some knowledge of University administrative systems, including FMS/BAR, HRMS, PPS, GBS, and ATS.

The estimated salary for this position is between $47,866 and $57,441 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
