This position will be based in-office for those in Denver and remote for those outside of Colorado.
Making an Impact
- Provide administrative support to 3-4 executives.
- Interface with direct reports and key organizational employees of assigned executives.
- Coordinate executive communications, take calls, respond to emails, schedule meetings/appointments, create expense reports, and manage travel itineraries.
- Assist with planning and organizing corporate events involving the Executive Leadership Team.
- Review, edit, and summarize miscellaneous reports and documents.
- Assist with Optimere meetings (internal & external), including catering coordination.
- Answer and place telephone calls, direct calls, take messages, and follow up accordingly.
- Maintain an efficient office environment by assisting in supply ordering, arranging equipment repairs, coordinating office renovations, and participating in event planning.
- Prepare read-ahead material for Senior Executives.
- Receive, sort, and screen incoming mail; categorize, prioritize, and prepare responses for Senior Executive signature.
- Summarize correspondence, highlight key issues or topics of interest, and follow up to ensure proper and timely response.
- Previous experience as an administrative assistant (2 years minimum).
- Ability to work on-site during business hours and occasionally log-in on nights or weekends as needed.
- Familiarity with Zoom.
- High-level skills using Outlook email and calendars, Microsoft Office.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Professional demeanor and high level of confidentiality.
- Flexibility and ability to work collaboratively as a member of the Administrative Team.
- Salary: $47,000 - $60,000
