Administrative Coordinator

Infinite Technologies LLC seeks an Administrative Coordinator to support our team's success by handling administrative tasks and duties.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in office administration, excellent communication skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare correspondence and documents to facilitate communication between teams.
- Coordinate appointments, events, and meetings to optimize productivity and minimize disruptions.
- Welcome and assist onsite guests to ensure a positive experience.
- Respond to inbound telephone calls and emails in a timely manner.
- Develop and maintain organized filing systems to ensure easy access to information.
- Perform various office tasks to maintain a smooth operation.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in office administration or related fields is required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with colleagues and clients.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in work.
- Proficient working with Microsoft Office Suite to create professional documents and presentations.
- Knowledge of QuickBooks and ConnectWise is a plus for efficient accounting and management.
- Social media skills are a plus for online presence and engagement.
Estimated Salary: $50,000 - $70,000 per year based on industry standards and location.
