Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to support our office operations. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
  • Answer and direct phone calls in both Spanish and English.
  • Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, mail mergers, and forms.
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
  • Maintain a clean and organized office environment.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English (written and verbal).
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • High school diploma: additional qualification as an administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus.
  • Willingness to learn other operating programs specific to the position.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year.
