Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to support our office operations. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
- Answer and direct phone calls in both Spanish and English.
- Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, mail mergers, and forms.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant.
- Fluent in Spanish and English (written and verbal).
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- High school diploma: additional qualification as an administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus.
- Willingness to learn other operating programs specific to the position.
About Us:
We are the Michigan Regional Council of Carpenters working together with our Partnering Contractors and many Journeyman, Apprentices, and Retirees. Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year.
