Business Development Manager

TRENTINI is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Sales Associate. As a leader in our organization, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our existing 2,000 business clients, while also identifying new business opportunities and leading a small team to achieve sales goals.
Key Responsibilities- Service existing client base with exceptional customer service skills
- Research new business opportunities through B2B sales and marketing efforts
- Supervise team activity and results, providing guidance and support as needed
- Train and develop incoming team members on existing systems and processes
- Provide daily reporting of field activity using Salesforce-based CRM
- Focus on recruiting, training, and leadership development to drive team success
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when necessary
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
- Passion for helping people and developing relationships
- Sales or customer service experience, with a self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
- Desire to be active in the community and contribute to the growth and success of TRENTINI
- Knowledge of CRMs, preferably Salesforce
- Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S. are required
- Must have a clean background and own transportation
- 45-day minimum evaluation period before advancement
