Position Title: Project Coordination Specialist

Company Overview: McNees Wallace & Nurick LLC is on the lookout for a dedicated Project Coordination Specialist to support our dynamic team. This full-time role will report directly to the leadership and will play a crucial part in enhancing our operational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative assistance, including the preparation of proposals and reports.
  • Monitor project timelines and deliverables, ensuring smooth progression.
  • Organize meetings, take detailed minutes, and maintain the filing system and contact databases.

Support Initiatives:

  • Facilitate donor engagement and solicitation strategies.
  • Conduct grant research, writing, and tracking.
  • Assist in strategic planning and event organization.
  • Oversee database management and updates.
  • Manage website content, social media presence, and marketing communications.

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in administrative support, project management, or event coordination.
  • Nonprofit sector experience is advantageous.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and project management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines independently.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in office management systems and MS Office.
  • Familiarity with website management and social media platforms is a plus.
