Responsibilities:
  1. The ideal candidate will possess excellent mathematical skills and attention to detail to perform various financial tasks, including verifying transaction information, preparing disbursements, and obtaining authorization for payment.
  2. This role involves preparing financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for this position.
  3. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accounting ledgers by posting account transactions and reconciling statements and transactions. A high degree of accuracy and organizational skills are necessary for this task.
  4. This position requires the ability to resolve account discrepancies by investigating documentation, issuing stop payments, and adjustments. Strong negotiation and communication skills are required for this role.
  5. The Accounts Payable and Receivable Clerk will contribute to our team's effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3 years of accounting experience and an Associate degree in a related field are required for this position.
  • Excellent customer service skills and proficiency in mathematics are essential for this role.
