Job Overview

Position Title: Tallahassee-Mail Room-Office Clerk

Department: FL- FWC

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM

Work Environment: On-Site

The candidate will be responsible for financial transactions and must successfully complete a level 2 background check.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations within the mailroom, including the collection and organization of incoming mail.
  • Input revenue data into the fwcc-laserfiche system.
  • Conduct internal mail deliveries twice daily, with occasional external mail runs using company-provided vehicles.
  • Oversee the processing of all outgoing mail and express shipments on a daily basis.
  • Demonstrate experience in handling cash and financial transactions.
  • Lift packages weighing up to 50 pounds as needed.
  • Follow both verbal and written instructions accurately, ensuring effective communication with supervisors and stakeholders.

Required Skills:
