Job Summary

Custom Truck One Source is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Shipping and Receiving Clerk to join our team in Tallahassee, FL. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate receipt, storage, and shipment of goods.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate forklifts and other equipment to move products and materials safely and efficiently.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and conducting physical inventories.
  • Support warehouse functions, including unloading trucks, stocking shelves, and performing other tasks as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety and security protocols.
  • Perform minor maintenance on equipment and assist with building, grounds, and equipment maintenance as directed.

Requirements

  • Ability to learn technical material and operate equipment safely.
  • Physical ability to lift and move equipment up to 70 pounds and frequently move about the warehouse.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn software applications.
  • Ability to observe and identify equipment controls and functionality.
