Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Operations Director to join our team at Cardone Ventures. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and efficiency across our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the expansion of the Business Operations department in accordance with our long-term strategic plan
  • Partner with technology to integrate our applications and 3rd party data sources to our data lakehouse
  • Develop a communication strategy for stakeholder engagement and support across all initiatives
  • Collaborate with the PMO team to ensure successful execution of operational projects
  • Ensure consistent implementation of data strategy from an operations perspective across departments
  • Lead the build-out of a centralized reporting function within Business Operations
  • Create forecasts and build dashboards for all internal departments and stakeholders to easily understand the health of the business and identify opportunities
  • Implement exception reporting and automations to monitor and maintain data quality across key source systems
  • Vet new technology to increase operational efficiencies and revenue generation opportunities
  • Cross-team collaboration to create efficiencies for interdepartmental communication
  • Oversee SaaS deployment and management
  • Establish high levels of data quality, accuracy, and process consistency in planning, forecasting, and budgeting approaches used by the sales and marketing teams
  • Work to connect and drive Sales and Marketing alignment to flag areas of opportunity, make progress towards marketing goals, and ensure process alignment for lead routing and ownership across the funnel
Requirements
  • MBA or M.Sc. in a related field (operations, finance, computer science, engineering, data science, or similar)
  • At least 7 years' experience in a Business Operations role
  • Experience leading and building operations teams
  • Experience with PowerBI, Tableau, SAP Business Objects, or similar reporting tools
  • Experience integrating multiple sources into a centralized data management platform
  • Experience with Master Data Management (MDM)
  • Experience successfully bringing new products to market
