Job Summary

The Director of IT Operations will oversee and manage the company's technology infrastructure and operations in partnership with internal teams and external Managed Service Providers (MSPs). This role requires a balance of strategic vision and operational excellence to support the firm's growth and maintain efficient, secure systems across all locations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage IT operations, ensuring seamless service delivery across all company locations while overseeing the MSP to meet SLAs and business requirements.
  • Develop and implement an IT strategy that aligns with the firm's business goals, enabling scalable growth and enhancing technological capabilities.
  • Oversee vendor management, particularly with the Managed Service Provider (MSP), ensuring optimal performance, contract adherence, and cost-effective solutions.
  • Ensure robust cybersecurity measures, risk management, and regulatory compliance across all IT systems, in collaboration with the MSP.
  • Manage IT projects and initiatives, including infrastructure upgrades, office expansions, and technology integrations, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Monitor the performance of IT infrastructure and services, ensuring uptime, efficiency, and security while managing the IT budget to optimize resources and reduce costs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in IT management, with a focus on infrastructure and operations across multi-location environments.
  • Proven track record of managing relationships with Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and overseeing IT service delivery.
  • Experience with cybersecurity, regulatory compliance, and risk management in IT systems.
  • Hands-on experience managing IT budgets, vendor contracts, and aligning IT strategies with business objectives.
