Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative in Brooklyn. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide basic information to customers regarding Pay-O-Matic bank products and services.
  • Engage with customers in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Use POS system for all transactions.
  • Work in confined areas alone, adhering to company security and safety policies.
  • Open and close the store as required.
  • Adapt to workplace stressors and maintain a harmonious work environment.
  • Perform transactions while upholding banking-related compliance rules and regulations.
Requirements
  • One to two years of related experience or equivalent.
  • Superb customer service and communication skills.
  • Proficient computer operator.
  • Strong multi-tasking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
  • Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Flexibility and willingness to accept change quickly.
  • Bilingual language skills are a plus.
Working Conditions
  • Must be available to work anytime between 4pm and 12am.
  • Able to float to other locations in the area.
  • Have a flexible schedule.
  • Comfortable working alone.
  • Work any days of the week, including weekends and holidays.
Compensation

The pay range for this position is $16 per hour.
