Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team in Brooklyn. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, answering their inquiries, and resolving any issues they may have.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients via phone, email, and in-person
  • Answer customer inquiries and resolve any issues they may have
  • Process transactions and handle customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
  • Stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures, as well as industry trends and developments
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position, and the successful candidate will be required to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays. The pay range for this position is $16 per hour.
