Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team at Pay-O-Matic CK CASHI in Brooklyn. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, answering their inquiries, and resolving any issues they may have.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Provide top-notch customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues they may have.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services, including our banking-related compliance rules and regulations.
  • Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
  • Problem-Solving: Utilize strong problem-solving skills to resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a harmonious work environment and achieve team goals.
Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: One to two years of related experience or equivalent required.
  • Skills: Superb customer service and communication skills, proficient computer operator, strong multi-tasking skills, ability to work independently and as a member of a team, ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions, professional appearance and demeanor, flexibility, and a willingness to accept change quickly.
  • Language Skills: Bilingual language skills are a plus.
Working Conditions:
  • Work Schedule: Must be available to work on Sundays, Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays from 11am to 8pm.
  • Shift Flexibility: Must be willing to work a flexible schedule, including holidays and weekends.
  • Physical Demands: Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and work in confined areas.
Compensation:

The pay range for this position is $16 per hour.
