Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and provide technical guidance for mid to large-scale projects. Cultivate strong client relationships and play a pivotal role in business development. Drive departmental initiatives to enhance technical proficiency. Contribute specialized technical insights to studies and designs in your area of expertise. Validate and approve project work. Be a leader in one or more technological domains. Prepare engineering budget estimates and schedules to fulfill requirements for complex projects.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Active California Professional Engineer (PE) License or eligibility to obtain within six months.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in geotechnical civil design for water and wastewater projects.
  • Proficiency in PSE package development.
  • Knowledge of levee and dam design.
  • Project management experience.
  • Background in geotechnical engineering.

  • This position does not offer relocation or sponsorship. Minimal travel may be required.
