About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Suffolk Construction's integrated P&C technology platforms by architecting, developing, supporting, enhancing, and maintaining applications and custom solutions within our enterprise HRIS environment.
  • Define technical specifications and standards for other contributors and provide technical support for Oracle HCM, iCIMS/Avature, Saba, Fuse Learning, and SplashBI.
  • Partner with senior leaders of P&C and serve as a liaison with various stakeholders to provide innovative and integrated human resource system solutions.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of development and support experience with Oracle EBS HCM / Oracle Cloud HCM and Oracle Payroll in an enterprise environment.
  • Proficiency in PLSQL and developing fast formulas, integrations with on-premises, and cloud applications.
  • Strong background in supporting HR systems, Benefit systems, and related technology.
  • Experience with talent management and learning management systems.
  • Strong project management, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
