We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Data Entry Specialist to join our team at SSI People. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for administering payments, performing general accounting and compliance functions, and maintaining accurate and timely records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer payments and perform general accounting and compliance functions, including invoice processing, account coding, systemic entries, and compliance testing.
  • Maintain accurate and timely MS Excel logs, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
  • Review and process invoices, ensuring proper coding and identifying any coding and pricing issues.
  • Code payments to Oracle accounts and correct any coding errors.
  • Maintain logs that track costs and spend by project/invoice, providing valuable insights for business decision-making.
  • Perform year-end accounting functions, including processing and developing accruals.
Requirements
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, including data manipulation, pivot tables, and vlookups.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams.
  • Attention to detail and good bookkeeping skills, with a focus on accuracy and precision.
  • Knowledge of Oracle and experience working with varied contractors.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a business-related field, or 8+ years of relevant experience.
  • General knowledge of GAAP and proficiency with DocuSign and Microsoft Office products.
