Key Responsibilities:
- Administer, configure, and maintain HRIS (Workday HCM) to ensure systems are optimized to meet organizational needs.
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to facilitate system updates and organizational changes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve HRIS-related issues promptly, working with users, external vendors, and internal teams.
- Maintain HR data accuracy and consistency across all HR systems.
- Partner with the Director of HR and CHRO to develop reports and analyze HR data to identify trends and provide actionable insights to drive strategic HR initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes through automation and system enhancements.
- Develop and deliver training programs and user documentation for HRIS users, ensuring they are equipped to use the system effectively.
- Ensure HRIS compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies and support HR audits.
- Manage system security roles and permissions, ensuring appropriate access levels for users.
- Assist the HR team with special projects like compensation administration and reporting.
Requirements:
- Implementation knowledge and experience supporting users and the organization post-implementation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Strong understanding of HRIS systems and their applications.
