  • Manage system security roles and permissions, ensuring appropriate access levels for users.
  • Assist the HR team with special projects like compensation administration and reporting.

Requirements:

  • Implementation knowledge and experience supporting users and the organization post-implementation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong understanding of HRIS systems and their applications.
