Job Overview:
The Senior Maintenance Supervisor at Kisco Senior Living is tasked with ensuring the maintenance and repair of the community's facilities, including buildings, grounds, and essential equipment.
Identify and resolve issues in various areas such as HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, major appliances, carpentry, emergency systems, flooring, and hardware
- accessories, masonry, painting/wallpaper, water features (pools, spas, etc.), and waste management systems.
Assist in organizing and prioritizing service requests along with general maintenance duties.
May oversee the work of other staff members and external contractors.
Qualifications for Success:
Be an effective team collaborator.
High School diploma or equivalent (GED) is preferred.
A minimum of 1 year of experience in property management maintenance is required.
Ability to frequently utilize general maintenance tools, supplies, and equipment.
Capable of handling and using chemicals and general cleaning supplies safely.
Special Requirements/Certifications:
Technical training or HVAC certification is a plus.
Must hold a valid driver's license.
