The primary responsibility of the Oracle EBS Developer is to engage with the Oracle EBS Finance systems and related organizational systems to ensure alignment with the strategic objectives of the business.   • Collaborate with Database and Middleware Administrators to optimize application performance.
  • Exhibit advanced skills while mentoring junior team members.
  • Document code and projects for clarity and understanding.
  • Fulfill customer requirements as reflected in customer satisfaction surveys.
  • Provide insights into application design and data, offering straightforward, effective solutions.
  • Apply team coding, documentation, and testing standards while recommending process enhancements.
  • Recognize upstream and downstream impacts and communicate effectively.
  • Understand the business processes supported by your application to enhance code effectiveness.
  • Continuously improve application and team processes.
  • Minimize incidents and enhance application uptime.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and legal guidelines.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 8-12 years of experience with Oracle EBS, specifically in Procurement, Fixed Assets, AP, General Ledger, and Oracle Projects Billing, costing, and revenue cycles.
  • Strong functional knowledge of Ebiz.
  • Proficient in SQL/PLSQL.
  • Full lifecycle experience in APEX page deployment.
  • Familiarity with SOA and Web Services is advantageous.
  • Experience with Oracle EBS R12 Workflow and AME is a plus.
  • Knowledge of XML Publisher Reports is beneficial.
  • Strong financial and analytical skills are essential.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience in the Financial Services sector.
  • Familiarity with OCI is advantageous.
  • Strong functional knowledge and experience with APEX.
  • Experience with SOA, Web Services, Workflow, and AME.
  • Experience working with PL/SQL.

Language Skills:

  • Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents, specifications, and international standards.

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
