We're looking for a driven and charismatic Account Development Representative to join our team. As a key player in our sales organization, you'll be responsible for developing strong relationships with local businesses and restaurant owners, helping them unlock their full potential through our innovative software solutions.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of B2B sales experience, a proven track record of delivering against sales goals, and excellent cold calling and prospecting skills. Proficiency in Salesforce as a CRM is a plus. You'll also need to be able to learn technology basics and apply them to business situations, maintain and manage client relationships, and hold yourself accountable.

About the Role
  • Develop and execute territory plans to meet or exceed monthly sales targets
  • Travel to and from client sites within a designated geographical territory to build relationships and sign up new clients
  • Manage the full sales cycle from start to finish with a growing portfolio of clients
  • Work closely with our Sales Support team to achieve monthly sales performance goals
