We are seeking a skilled and experienced administrative professional to join our team as an Administrative Assistant II - North Salem Office. This is a permanent, full-time position with the State of Oregon.

About the Role

In this role, you will provide high-level administrative support to our team by performing a variety of tasks, including coordinating scheduling, notarizing documents, and providing technical assistance. You will also have the opportunity to review and respond to inquiries about case status.

About the Department

The Oregon Child Support Program is part of the Division of Child Support, which is responsible for enforcing child support orders and providing services to families. Our program serves over 50,000 children and their families every year.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Two years of general clerical experience, including keyboarding, word processing, or other experience generating documents.
  • An associate degree in any field.
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience.

You will also need to be able to work independently, prioritize your work, and meet deadlines. Additionally, you will need to be proficient in the use of computers, including Microsoft Office Suite.
