Annual Compensation (Exempt): $125,000 - $140,000 (commensurate with experience)
Potential Incentive: $20,000 - $30,000

The Regional Sales Engineer will be tasked with expanding our market presence in the Eastern Territory. Success in this role hinges on the ability to identify, cultivate, and finalize new business opportunities while fulfilling existing client needs. JTI's offerings encompass a diverse array of capacitors, chip antennas, and integrated passive components.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience (minimum 15 years in electronic passive components).
- Hands-on experience in designing passive components for customer applications through collaboration with electrical design engineers.
- A minimum of five (5) years in Regional Sales Management with direct involvement in capacitor sales.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Teams) with advanced Excel skills.
- Experience with CRM systems is essential.
- Willingness to travel domestically and/or internationally at least 50% of the time.
- Must comply with ITAR regulations (US Citizen or Permanent Resident).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Five (5) years of experience in electrical components within Regional Sales Management is preferred.
- Experience in managing representatives is advantageous.
- Familiarity with Dynamics 365 CE (CRM) is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a sales growth strategy for managing representatives.
- Achieve sales growth of 10% above industry expectations.
- Create and oversee Semi-Annual Corporate Forecasts.
- Conduct Quarterly Forecasts for pipeline assessments with our Manufacturer's Representatives, including documented 30-day action plans.
- Facilitate OEM Design Wins to convert into purchase orders, both locally and when OEMs select a Contract Manufacturer for production.
- Train representatives and agents on our pipeline tracking system.
Desired Attributes and Skills:
Previous experience in a similar role within an electronic components organization is essential. Candidates should demonstrate expertise in value-based selling, possess strong attention to detail, and exhibit excellent organizational, communication, and closing skills, along with prompt and efficient follow-up abilities.
