Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Loyalty Program Manager to join our team at DISH. As a key member of our marketing and advertising team, you will be responsible for guiding your team to uncover new opportunities, potential business risks, and drive the identified actions to optimize customer loyalty.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic retention offers to enhance profitability within Retention operations
  • Leverage financial modeling to drive business decisions with a consulting mindset
  • Spearhead the development of Loyalty-based AI/ML initiatives to generate churn mitigation with new and creative approaches
  • Support team project management including all phases of opportunity identification, recommendation, implementation, and refinement
  • Generate and leverage a robust repertoire of cross-department partnerships to inform and implement a variety of effective retention solutions
  • Effectively communicate complex storylines and data-driven recommendations up to the SVP and President levels
  • Be an industry expert, understand competitive strategies and their impact on the Video Services business
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree (4 years) in a focus that demonstrates logical thinking
  • 2+ years managing or leading an analytic-based team
  • 4+ years of experience in data-driven analytics or strategy roles
  • Masters Degree in a relevant field a plus
