Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Manager, Programs to join our team at DISH Network L.L.C. As a key member of our Talent Acquisition Infrastructure and Enablement team, you will play a critical role in driving our talent attraction strategy forward.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance our talent acquisition programs, aligning them with organizational goals and industry best practices.
  • Manage and mentor a team of program specialists, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure the successful execution of program objectives.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of assigned talent acquisition programs, including internal mobility processes, referral programs, diversity initiatives, recruitment events, and candidate pipeline creation activities.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including HR, hiring managers, and senior leadership, to understand talent needs and develop targeted strategies to address them effectively.
  • Utilize data-driven insights and metrics to evaluate program effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to optimize performance and ROI.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Proven track record of designing, implementing, and managing successful talent acquisition programs and initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, including sourcing strategies, candidate engagement techniques, and interview processes.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and metrics to drive decision-making and measure program performance.
