Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Manager, Programs to lead and oversee our diverse range of talent acquisition value-based programmatic offerings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance our talent acquisition programs, aligning them with organizational goals and industry best practices
  • Manage and mentor a team of program specialists providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure the successful execution of program objectives
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of assigned talent acquisition programs, including internal mobility processes, referral programs, diversity initiatives, recruitment events, and candidate pipeline creation activities
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including HR, hiring managers, and senior leadership, to understand talent needs and develop targeted strategies to address them effectively
  • Utilize data-driven insights and metrics to evaluate program effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to optimize performance and ROI
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role
  • Proven track record of designing, implementing, and managing successful talent acquisition programs and initiatives
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, including sourcing strategies, candidate engagement techniques, and interview processes
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and metrics to drive decision-making and measure program performance
