About the RoleWe are seeking a seasoned Manager of Talent Acquisition, Programs to lead and oversee our diverse range of talent acquisition value-based programmatic offerings. As the Manager, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating teams leading internal mobility, referrals, diversity initiatives, events, and candidate pipeline/sourcing initiatives. Your primary objective will be to optimize these value-based programs to attract, engage, and retain top talent.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance our talent acquisition programs, aligning them with organizational goals and industry best practices
- Manage and mentor a team of program specialists, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure the successful execution of program objectives
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of assigned talent acquisition programs, including internal mobility processes, referral programs, diversity initiatives, recruitment events, and candidate pipeline creation activities
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including HR, hiring managers, and senior leadership, to understand talent needs and develop targeted strategies to address them effectively
- Utilize data-driven insights and metrics to evaluate program effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to optimize performance and ROI
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement by seeking out opportunities to streamline processes, enhance candidate experiences, and innovate within talent acquisition programs
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role
