About the Role

iSpace is a global lunar resource development company with a vision to expand our planet. We specialize in designing and building lunar landers and rovers. Our goal is to extend the sphere of human life into space and create a sustainable world by providing high-frequency, low-cost transportation services to the Moon.

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Program Manager to report to the iSpace-US Director of Programs. This individual will manage various complex technical development programs aimed at supporting a long-term vision of establishing a permanent presence on the moon.

Key Responsibilities

  • Program execution in various phases of the program lifecycle, including Business Development, Design, Manufacturing Integration and Test, and Mission Operations.
  • Generate and maintain program budgets and forecasts, including financial, technical, and schedule risk and opportunity positions.
  • Responsible for all program planning and controls functions for assigned programs, including schedule, Subcontract Deliverable Requirements Lists (SDRL's), and Risks.
  • Work closely with other contractors/teammates in meeting customer needs.
  • Bias towards action – must be willing to take initiative and drive projects to closure with limited supervision.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of combined experience managing complex and challenging cross-functional development programs within a highly fast-paced technical environment within the Aerospace industry.
  • Strong problem-solving and proven data-driven decision-making abilities, proactively identifying critical-path actions, risks, and opportunities to accelerate progress.
  • Experience with both Government and Commercial Contracts; Proven and effective executive-level briefing, writing, and organizational skills and significant experience leading across multiple technical and business operations disciplines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft tools, including MS Project, SharePoint, MS Teams, and Atlassian Products.
  • US Citizens only – must be available to obtain security clearance.
