Your Daily Responsibilities:
As a Spa Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for warmly welcoming guests and managing a variety of tasks efficiently. Your daily activities will include:

  • Handling incoming calls for appointment bookings
  • Coordinating accurate scheduling for therapists
  • Describing and promoting our services
  • Escorting guests to their lockers and providing spa tours
  • Replenishing spa amenities and performing light housekeeping duties
  • Addressing guest inquiries and accommodating requests
  • Actively selling spa and salon services, retail products, and memberships

Key Attributes:
