Your Role:
As a Spa Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere. Your daily tasks will include:

  • Warmly greeting guests upon arrival
  • Managing appointment bookings and ensuring accurate scheduling for therapists
  • Promoting and upselling spa services
  • Escorting guests to their lockers and providing spa tours
