About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Growth Manager to join our team at Broadridge. As a key member of our corporate strategy team, you will be responsible for driving growth initiatives and developing strategies that align with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement strategies to drive corporate growth opportunities
  • Collaborate with business units to translate strategies into targeted actions and programs
  • Formulate and advance on-going strategy and planning for opportunities at the business unit level
  • Identify and drive key critical initiatives to support growth
  • Build and maintain relationships with business unit and corporate executive teams
  • Drive the annual strategy cadences and engage executive team and the Board of Directors on company performance and strategy
Requirements
  • Excellent academic background with undergraduate and graduate degrees in business from a top-ranked university
  • Strategy management consulting work experience in an intense work environment, ideally gained in leadership positions with increasing responsibility within a blue-chip consulting firm or in strategy/corporate development roles in the technology sector
  • Experience in the financial services/fintech sector, especially in the institutional segments of the business, is a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to drive initiatives hands-on while rallying support and resources
  • Experience working in a large, complex, global organization where working across boundaries, developing strong organizational relationships, and leading through influence are keys to success
