Vice President of Strategic Initiatives and Business Growth

The GTO Division stands as a global frontrunner in delivering essential technology and operational solutions for Investment Banks, Broker-dealers, Wealth Managers, and Investment Managers.
We provide a comprehensive suite of advanced real-time transaction processing services that streamline the securities transaction lifecycle, encompassing everything from desktop productivity tools, data aggregation, performance reporting, and portfolio management to order capture, execution, trade confirmation, settlement, and accounting.
Our offerings enable financial institutions to efficiently consolidate their records, manage assets, focus on core operations, and mitigate risks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the creation, execution, and management of both short-term and long-term growth strategies with a primary emphasis on revenue enhancement and profitability.
- Identify and develop new market initiatives while evaluating business opportunities.
- Collaborate with GTO business unit leaders and the corporate M&A team to source, manage, and implement new business opportunities.
- Oversee the governance and monitoring of business development initiatives to ensure performance and compliance.
- Conduct financial feasibility analyses and recommend viable business opportunities.
- Identify and cultivate new market, product, and growth opportunities in partnership with GTO management and business unit leaders.
- Analyze market, client, and industry trends that influence GTO growth strategies and propose actionable solutions.
- Identify and assess attractive market segments and adjacent opportunities for growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across various business units and corporate functions to align GTO strategies.
- Effectively organize, create, and present ideas to all management levels, including C-Suite executives.
Required Qualifications:
- Demonstrated leadership, organizational, and analytical skills with a focus on results.
- Proven ability to collaborate across multiple teams and business units.
- Experience interacting with executives both internally and externally.
- Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Aptitude for synthesizing complex concepts and presenting information compellingly.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in the financial/securities industry, particularly in Capital Markets, with prior strategy experience from a top-tier consulting firm being advantageous.
