Business Development Representative Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Business Development Representative to join our team at Interim HealthCare of Tulsa. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development in the Tulsa market.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and marketing, with a strong understanding of the healthcare industry. You will be responsible for building relationships with physicians, hospitals, and other referral sources to generate referrals for our home care services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit and develop relationships with referral sources
- Attend networking events to promote our services
- Develop creative marketing techniques to drive business growth
- Build a referral stream to meet and exceed census objectives
- Work closely with admissions coordinators to maintain census goals
Requirements:
- Active and qualified book of business required
- Proven ability to develop and implement a sales and marketing plan
- Prior sales/marketing experience in the healthcare industry, preferably in hospice
- Persistent determination and positive attitude with commitment to excellence
- Demonstrated integrity, sincerity, and initiative
- Strong knowledge of the local healthcare market
