RESPONSABILIDADES Y AUTORIDADES:

  1. Actúa como un miembro integral del equipo de atención médica.
  2. Supervisión del personal de Coordinación de Enfermería y Atención al Paciente, incluyendo contratación, capacitación, mentoría, disciplina y evaluación.
  3. Asegura que se contraten, capaciten y evalúen las competencias de los recursos de personal necesarios, incluyendo personal por horas.
  4. Responsable de la supervisión de la coordinación, programación y cobertura del personal de Enfermería y Coordinación de Atención al Paciente, garantizando una cobertura adecuada durante las horas de operación.
  5. Gestión de presupuestos departamentales, incluyendo el monitoreo de horas extras y la finalización oportuna de las hojas de tiempo.
  6. Colabora con el Gerente de MA en la orientación y educación sobre competencias clínicas, así como en la supervisión de Enfermeras, Asistentes Médicos y Coordinadores de Atención.
  7. Coordina e implementa nuevos servicios clínicos programáticos del centro de salud o mejoras/modificaciones en los servicios existentes. Participa activamente en el Comité de Mejora de Calidad, Comité de Operaciones, Comité de Seguridad, Prevención y Control de Infecciones, Reuniones del Equipo de Gestión, PCMH y otros grupos de trabajo/comités, incluyendo actividades del Comité de Cumplimiento Corporativo.
  8. Supervisión del Programa de Inmunización.
  9. Colabora estrechamente con el departamento de Educación para asegurar que se cumplan los requisitos de competencia del personal clínico.
  10. Supervisión de las operaciones clínicas (suministros médicos, equipos, etc.).
  11. Supervisión de la clínica de vacunación Covid/Flu.

CALIFICACIONES:

  1. Educación/Capacitación: Se requiere RN con un mínimo de 2 a 4 años de experiencia en gestión, preferiblemente BSN. Se requiere licencia de RN de New Hampshire vigente.
  2. Debe mantener una certificación BLS actual.
  3. Experiencia: Se prefiere experiencia en salud comunitaria. Debe poseer un entendimiento de los requisitos de cumplimiento y ser responsable de la elaboración de informes sobre el seguimiento clínico.
  4. Conocimientos/Habilidades: Capacidad para delegar tareas a otros miembros del equipo. Habilidades básicas en computación para utilizar sistemas de seguimiento de software. Capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente, habilidad para tomar decisiones, capacidad para delegar de manera efectiva, experiencia en construcción de equipos, fuertes habilidades de comunicación interpersonal, experiencia en mentoría, sólidas habilidades organizativas, atención al detalle y seguimiento, así como una sólida base de conocimientos clínicos.
