Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement data mart models to support business intelligence initiatives.
  • Map source system models and data mart models to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
  • Develop and maintain ETL code to extract, transform, and load data into data warehouses.
  • Define and capture metadata and rules for ETL processes.
  • Develop ETL validation code to ensure data quality and integrity.
  • Source system understanding and profiling to identify data requirements.
Requirements:
  • BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent.
  • 2 years hands-on experience in a large-scale, high-availability data warehouse.
  • Hands-on experience with SQL and Oracle.
  • Experience in writing complex transformation logic in PL/SQL to implement ETL business rules.
  • Experience with STAR schema design.
  • Hands-on working knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL.
  • Experience and Knowledge of SQL performance tuning in Oracle environment.
  • Experience with software development life cycle.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to adapt quickly in a rapidly changing environment while working closely with users and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with Datastage ETL Tool is a plus.
  • Experience with MicroStrategy is a strong plus.
