Compensation Programs and Market Intelligence Manager

This position reports to the VP of Compensation and will closely partner across the Compensation team, the broader People and Purpose (P&P) organization, and our partners in Finance and Legal. Key responsibilities include managing operational and cyclical compensation programs such as job architecture, benchmarking, internal inquiries, data auditing, market intelligence, and other reporting and analytical support. Additionally, you will be responsible for partnering with Finance and our Compensation Business Partners to deliver regular forecasts on program costs, change impacts, and proposals. As part of the compensation programs work, you will be responsible for providing oversight of the Awards & Recognition programs.
About You
Key qualifications for this role include leading the day-to-day activities for the Compensation Programs and Market Intelligence team, developing and building meaningful relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and acting as an important member of the Compensation leadership team. You will also be responsible for leading projects and programs owned by the Compensation Programs and Market Intelligence function, supporting broader Compensation team projects and programs through system testing, data audits, and reporting enhancements. Furthermore, you will collaborate with the Compensation team to identify trends, improve processes, and participate in enablement actions across Workday. You will also serve as a compensation subject matter expert for managing data, systems testing, auditing, reports management, and transactional processes.
