Business Development Executive

Job Summary:
Boyd Company is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development through strategic sales and business development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business growth strategies to drive revenue and expand our customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders to identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth.
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics.
- Manage and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales performance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
- Proven track record of driving business growth and development through strategic sales and business development initiatives.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
