Key Responsibilities:

  • Explore and penetrate US markets for Fapon's open platform in diagnosis, including reagent, instrument, and AI-enabled solution.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to engage potential customers, including Independent Clinical Laboratories, scientific research labs, distributors in the field of diagnostics, hospital systems, and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with partners and clients to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of our customers.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation.
  • Drive the development and implementation of marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and market presence.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; Or biological / medical education background with sales experiences.
  • 5+ years of proven track record of success in business development, preferably within the biotech or healthcare industry.
  • Strong strategic planning and analytical skills, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable plans.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience managing cross-functional teams and driving results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experienced working with Chinese stakeholders within the global collaboration setting.
  • Mandarin language ability is preferred, though not required.
