As a Member Advisor with Catholic United Financial, you will have the opportunity to serve the Catholic community and help individuals achieve their financial goals. Our dynamic sales team is seeking mission-inspired professionals who embody strong Catholic values to join our organization.
Responsibilities:- Develop strong relationships with members, understanding their unique financial situations and goals by offering solutions that align with Catholic ethics and values.
- Participate in community outreach programs and events to promote financial literacy in support of the Catholic community.
- Achieve activity and sales goals.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial products and industry trends.
- Proven experience in outside sales, insurance, or financial services or related field.
- Strong alignment with Catholic values and principles, including understanding and comfort in serving in the Catholic community.
- Excellent communication and people skills and confidence in promoting and marketing your business.
- Proactive problem-solving skills with a strong analytical ability.
- Experience presenting to groups as well as 1:1 conversations with members and prospects.
- Demonstrated entrepreneurial skills and personal involvement in your community are desired.
